When you send an inquiry
The contact form sends your name, email address, project details and optional website URL to anyayahanbryan@gmail.com. It also includes the page and campaign or referring website associated with your inquiry, when available, so I can understand where the request came from.
I use these details to review and reply to your project inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, customer records or other sensitive information. You can contact me at the same email address about your inquiry or its deletion.
Portfolio referral accounts and introductions
The portfolio referral program is managed directly by Bryan Anyayahan and uses its own database and accounts. The introduction form records the referrer name and email, client business contact details shared with permission, project details and eligibility status. Partner accounts use a one-time email sign-in link; a necessary secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to one hour. These records are not marketing subscriptions.
Referral records and earnings are stored in the portfolio program database provided by Supabase. Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent automated abuse. Notifications and requested sign-in links use this portfolio’s email service. Administrators record agreed fees, cleared payments, refunds and actual payouts; this website does not transfer money. Contact anyayahanbryan@gmail.com about access, corrections or deletion. Do not submit bank credentials, account numbers or confidential customer data.
When you request an AI audit
The optional AI readiness tool is provided through Wired Loom Digital. Your business answers and extracted text from any public pages reviewed are sent to its audit service and processed by OpenAI to generate planning guidance. If you provide a website, the service attempts to read its homepage and up to two relevant public pages, respecting crawl rules. Public pages may contain business or personal information; do not submit private links. Separate name and email fields are excluded from the model request. Do not include confidential information, customer records or payment details.
Your email is used to limit repeat requests and, only if you select the email-copy option, deliver the report through Wired Loom Digital. The service uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. Neither an audit nor an email copy subscribes you to marketing. Your report is not saved in browser storage; download it if you want to keep a copy.
Optional Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records page views, website-review link clicks, email-link clicks and confirmed contact submissions. Analytics does not receive your name, email address, website URL or message from the form. Advertising features are disabled, and full query strings are not sent as page locations.
Analytics stays off until you choose to allow it. Your choice is stored in this browser. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it. Revoking permission stops new analytics events and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies when accessible to this site.
Website hosting and email
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests and operational logs. Contact inquiries are delivered through Gmail. These providers handle data under their own privacy terms.
