Program terms

  1. Eligible referrals are new clients introduced with permission before a proposal is issued. Existing clients, active leads, self-referrals and duplicate introductions are excluded. I confirm eligibility and the rate before quoting.
  2. The standard fee is 10% of the first project’s collected service fees. A 15% partner rate requires a written agreement before the introduction; it is not automatic or retroactive.
  3. Eligible service fees exclude taxes, hosting, domains, software, advertising spend, third-party purchases, discounts and refunds. For example, $3,000 in eligible fees earns $300 at 10%.
  4. The first project must be completed and the client’s full payment cleared before commission is earned. Payment is arranged within 30 days of the later of those two events. Unpaid or cancelled work earns no commission; refunds reduce or reverse the related fee.
  5. This is the independent Bryan Anyayahan portfolio program. It covers work agreed directly with me through this portfolio. One eligible referrer receives a fee for a new client’s first project. Repeat projects and retainers require a separate written agreement.
  6. Submission records an introduction for review. It does not approve a commission or guarantee that a project will be accepted. Payout details are arranged privately; do not enter bank credentials or account numbers here.
