The role
I worked remotely at Advice Revolution as Lead Engineer for a WordPress Retail Application from February 2023 to November 2024. The role combined development work with leading developers and QA engineers through major deployments.
This page expands the professional experience listed on my portfolio. It describes my contribution to a team application, rather than presenting the entire product as my individual work.
What I contributed
- Led developers and QA engineers through major deployments of the WordPress retail application.
- Worked on application performance improvements.
- Integrated Zoho with the application.
- Worked on custom multi-factor authentication.
The connection to the work I offer
That combination is relevant when a website is part of a larger business process. A page may need a frontend change, but the release can also depend on connected systems, authentication behavior and QA.
For a new engagement, I would use that experience to ask practical questions about scope and ownership: who reviews the change, which journeys need checking, and what a team needs in order to maintain the result. The answers depend on the new project.
A team contribution, described at the right level
The useful evidence here is the role and the work described above. This summary does not attach a percentage, revenue result or testimonial to that work. It also does not disclose internal application details.
If you need support on an existing WordPress application, tell me which part needs attention and how your development and QA process works. That gives us a concrete starting point for discussing a scope.
